This will be UK Car Events final meet of the year and we wanted to bring all our friend, family and sponsors together at a great venue for a relaxed and social evening. - There will some nice cars on display both from private collections at GNC and from those attending the event.

To help us manage the event effectively, we kindly ask that all attendees secure their place by booking a ticket in advance. This process is essential for several key reasons:
Parking Coordination: It allows us to efficiently allocate parking spaces, ensuring we have enough room for all vehicles.
Insurance, Health & Safety Compliance: Accurate attendee numbers are crucial for meeting our insurance requirements and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Café Preparations: By knowing how many people to expect, the café will be able to stock adequate food and drink for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.

Tickets are issued per person attending, so everyone in your group will need to reserve their own spot.

In addition to pre-registering your vehicle with us at UK Car Events through our booking system, please note that Great Northam Classic (GNC), the venue hosting this event, charges a small parking fee of £1.50 per hour for cars. Motorbikes can park for free.
Since GNC is a private, secure storage site, they require all vehicles to be logged as they enter and leave the premises. This fee helps them cover overhead costs and maintain the high level of security provided at the venue. Rest assured, all parking areas are on flat, level tarmac for ease and convenience.
Upon entering the event, your vehicle's registration number will automatically be logged into their system. You’ll need to pay for your parking before you leave the venue, which can be done at GNC’s self-service terminal located at reception.
Important:
Failure to pay for parking before you exit may result in a penalty charge. This is the only warning, so please ensure your parking fees are settled in a timely manner.
To clarify, all parking fees go directly to Great Northam Classic. UK Car Events does not receive any portion of this revenue.
