When and where is the G2G Open Day?

The G2G Open Day will be hosted on 13th September 2025 at the Great Northern Classics in Derby, 278 Osmaston Rd, Osmaston, Derby DE24 8AE

Hosted from 1.00pm till 8.00pm for the general public. It's a late one but we have plenty going on to keep things interesting.

Is G2G Open Day a free event?

Please note that the G2G Open Day is a ticketed event.
We’ve put a tremendous amount of time, effort, and passion into curating an unforgettable day filled with something for everyone. From high-performance race cars to extreme off-road vehicles, the displays alone will be worth the visit.

On top of that, there will be a variety of engaging activities, special guest speakers, and interactive experiences to enjoy throughout the day.

The small ticket fee helps us in several important ways — it allows us to manage attendance numbers effectively, cover essential event costs, and, most importantly, support a cause close to our hearts. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Derbyshire Children’s Holiday Centre, helping to provide holidays for children who need them most.

🎟️ Tickets start at just £7.50 per person during the first release, increasing to £10.00 in the next wave — so grab yours early to enjoy the discount! Under 15s will be free too!

Yes, the G2G Open Day is a family-friendly event held at a family-friendly venue so feel free to bring the kids, and even Grandma too.

Will there be parking available?

Accepted Answer

Parking will be very limited due to pre-booked display vehicles on site. We are working to secure additional parking if this this confirmed we will updated as required so keep an eye on your emails and our media channels , but once the Great Northern Classics (GNC) car park is full, visitors will need to find their own parking nearby.
Street parking is available directly outside GNC, but please note that this is at your own risk and business gates must be kept clear.
If you're local, we strongly recommend walking, cycling, or using public transport to get to the venue.

Will food and drink be available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Great Northern Classics café and several other locations in the venue will be open, serving a selection of hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day.
